Now if you recall, when comparing the new suede polishes, Juelp and Avon both have a purple though they look very very different.
Now as you can see from the photos above, the Avon on the one is SOOO much more bright and vibrant than Juleps Nora. Now when I got these, I thought this one and the blue one both reminded me of OPI suedes from way back when. This one really looked like a dupe to me so I went skipping off to find mine. When I held the bottles up next to each other I was pretty sure that this was going to be the same thing as Julep VS Avon all over again, this time with Avon being the far less pigmented one. I was STUNNED to see how dull and unsaturated the colour looked sitting side by side with OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Suede.
Once swatched though they look identical. When the photo was taken and I was cropping it a bit I noticed the Avon Soft Violet (the one on the left in the swatches) is technically a TAD darker (like half a shade) but in real life they look like dead on dupes! I really do love both of these and as suedes the wear time is terrible across the board throughtout all the brands. Which is find since we are dealing with 20 second drying times. It makes touch ups and reapplication super easy! So I really can not recommend one over the other. The avon one is a third the price and much easier to find so I would probably say just go with that one!
