So this is Formula X Star Power. This is part of the Celestial collection and is a metallic polish full of matte AND shiny textured glitter. Its opaque colour wise in one coat, but the texture is kind of..... not patchy, but not uniform. I would certainly say you should do two coats for a more uniform look. The shade is a cool toned sage with gold and green glitter. Its not a pixie dust, closer to an OPI liquid sand, but probably most similar to a Julep sand textured.
I have not worn this shade yet on my nails but have so far been VERY impressed by the wear and application of the polishes from this line. Let me know if you have tried this one, or any of the other Celestials and if so, what did you think?
