Le Blush Creme De Chanel In 62 Presage & 64 Inspiration Swatched

Today I have two shades of Chanel's creme blush to share with you.

Both of these (and all that I have tried from this formula) are smooth and creamy and wear wonderfully I get 8 hours of wear no problem over my foundation (set with powder) and have seen no fading. I really can't think of a single negative to say about either of these from a product standpoint.

62 is described as an apricot but its a fairly dark orange that has an almost matte but not quite matte finish. I guess you could call it a satin finish? Its FAR darker than anything I would normally gravitate towards and quite scary looking (to me at least) in the package, but the girl at the Chanel counter in the Shoppers Beauty Boutique in Eaton Centre was adamant it was a shade for me and once she applied it I had to admit I liked it on!

64 is described as a soft blue pink. Its a cool toned light pink with blue undertones and that same almost matte satinny finish. This is certainly a "me" shade and I quite like it. I find it more efortless to apply (I have to work with presage to make it look good on me though I do like it once its on) and just an easy shade for me to wear. Its pretty fool proof and a friend with much darker skin borrowed it and it was foolproof on her too! Not a colour that looks chalky on darker skintones.
