I got this quad on clearance at Target for under $3.
While the first time I swatched this I got nothing but glitter, after the initial swatches (maybe a weird glitter overlay?) I got pigment. Now there is still glitter in the quad, but its not nearly the glittery bomb mess the first swatches were. Overall, its more glittery than I would like, but the pigment is quite decent.
