This is a classic pencil liner. Not much to say about it otherwise. It is not as hard or as dry as other drugstore liners I have tried before are, so that was surprising.
Its also a much finer liner than the Julep one I just swatched for you earlier.
That was supposed to be more like meh, but it kind of sounds like I am just being Canadian now doesn't it. The product is simply meh. Nothing great. Not terrible. No way I am likely to EVER reach for it in my stash, but it came as a bonus with a mascara I will be showing you so I thought I would give it a try. If you want a very fine line, this might work for you though.
Also, to note, its black, but its a very light almost greyed out black.
