Yet another from the discontinued but still in many stores Formula X polishes. This was from the sparklers line which described the polishes as "A revolutionary fusion of micro and macro glitter lacquer that creates an intriguing 3-D effect". Basically - a liquid sand/pixie dust kind of a polish! Another black and white one that has silver in it as well making a bit different from some other black and white ones on the market. Overall, like, don't love.
