I am not sure I quite get just what crinkled chrome is, but according to China Glaze "Create an impact with Crinkled Chrome from China Glaze. Chrome meets pastel, giving feminine flair to this crinkled metal look."
I will say I am interested to see these in person! They should be out October/November!
