Sephora Black Friday Deals!
In previous years I want to say the black friday deals were $12 here and $10 in the USA. I could be wrong, but I feel fairly certain of that. This year, they are still $10 in the USA but they are $13 here. To be fair, our dollar is much weaker than it was in the last few years so I can't complain about that. And here are all the sets. There are a LOT of them this year!

Are some of these US exclusive? I don't see all of them listed on the Canadian site (and of course it's the ones I want to buy). It also seems like the value is decreasing on these sets each year sadly.
