So it looks like this new collection from Orly wont be available to ship until 12/15 for any of you who NEED it. These shades are formulated in either a black space base or a milky white base hten injected with different sizes and shapes of glitter for a multi dimensional celestial finish.
Starburst and Milky Way look gorgeous! I would have to see them swatched before purchasing.
