This palette is new and exclusive to Sephora. It came out today on the Sephora webpage for about 2 hours today for Rouge customers only. I managed to order two for friends but passed on it myself. I assume it will come up again. It was $58US and $70CAD. The price difference is frustrating but since $58US is currently $65.19 CAD its only a little under $5 more here.
