Tarte Makes a Z Palette?

So the above image was posted on the Tarte Instagram. I assume this means they are making their own version of a Z Palette. At least, it looks EXACTLY like one to me. But if they are custom making their own, why wouldn't they size it so that it fit the blushes perfectly. My skin happens to be crawling just looking at this. I HATE Z palettes. I want to cry when I see gorgeous luxurious pans torn out of their original housing and depotted into palettes. The aesthetic seriously makes me want to cry. Part of it is my OCD nature I understand, but I just have never been one to even CONTEMPLATE depotting.

Now its not just Tarte getting in on the depotting craze. Sephora has recently launched a Z palette. They actually collaborated WITH Z palette to create this one.

Now, I know, you know and EVERYONE knows I am crazy. I am OCD, obsessive about my makeup storage and am constantly cleaning and disinfecting it. But what about you? Are you one of the masses that LOVES these types of palettes? Do either of these excite you? Let me know in the comments!
