Secret Candy Man Exchange

So as most of you know I organize a worldwide polish exchange 4 or 5 times a year. And some of you may remember my mentioning that I was organizing a candy exchange. Well today I got my package! And boy oh boy! What a package it was!!! I am sooooo giddy. Id say I feel like a kid in a candy store, but that was kind of the point, wasn't it?

My package came all the way from the England and it was chalk full of awesomeness!!! The box showed up a little banged up but no damage was done to the inside!

Look at the inside! This may not be polish, but oh my gosh it might be better? Or at least AS MUCH fun!!

This is the first thing I pulled out of the box! Couldnt be more perfect for me since I just finished making TWELVE dozen muffins for people! And these are so cute! Here is a front shot and back shot of the package!

I don't know if I put this in my survey, I do not think so but I love shortbread cookies! And Walker shortbread has always been my favourite! So a big thank you for that one!

I love raisins and golden ones are my favourite!

I have never seen any of these before in person and can NOT wait to try them!

And when I saw the Ghirardelli Chocolates I never looked twice at them! I just assumed they were not kosher! But look at the back!! THEY ARE!!!!!!! They are totally gone already!

And everyone already knows how much I love European Smarties!!

And my dad has already claimed these!!

And look at all the candy cane m&ms! I love these!!

OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I love these! This was called Max 5 in Canada and I loved it before it was no longer being made here. I love these! Yay! I am afraid to eat it now! What will I do when it is gone? I will miss it all over again!

And the card:

Everything together:

How awesome is THAT??!! I am totally thrilled to eat some of my old favourites (candy cane m&ms, pretzel m&ms, walkers shortbread and raisins) and beyond excited to try the peppermint crisp, peanut butter kit kat and all the rest!

A GIANT thank you to Eimii for the great gift and an even bigger thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this first round such a success! I hope to do another coming up for Valentines Day or Easter!!!

  1. How freaking fun!!! :) You know, the postcard about the candy being delivered across 1000km and then being shipped 1/3 of the way around the world to you kinda gave me goosebumps! I notice England has a lot of similar candy to Canada!
