Now there was a lot of talk and complaint about the formula of America. I must admit - I had ZERO issues with it. It was kind of gloopy in the way all glitters are. It was not hard to apply, the dry time was fine, and the only thing I can really complain about if anything is that there are a total of about 5 stars in the entire bottle. And good luck getting one of them out. Otherwise, no complaints about either polish!
