Julep Express Yourself Collection - A Mini Guide With Swatches!
So Julep has a new collection of five layering polishes. The base colours in all the boxes are the same. According to the Julep Blog here the intent is to use them as layering polishes. I have taken some modeling swatches off their blog (all pictures are THEIRS) and added kind of a note to show which ones are new, which ones are not, and if you can find otther swatches on my blog of the past colours.
